M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services Staff - Our staff are employed and paid directly by M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services. We employ staff with previous experience in industrial, commercial and domestic cleaning. All staff are thoroughly vetted by us and all references are checked.

All of our staff receive ongoing support, training and supervision throughout their employment with M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services and we are a member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science. To ensure that our clients receive the member of staff best suited to their particular requirements, all are graded according to their training and experience.

Customer Relations - Our supervisors are trained to appraise staff performance and maintain customer relations. Our supervisors visit each cleaning operative on site to check and assess their performance. They will also be available to discuss any views you may have about the service. We believe this to be vital to the success of our services.
