 Washroom Services & Supplies - When M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services undertakes a contract, we are able to supply janitorial supplies e.g. toilet tissue, hand soap, liquid soap and paper hand towels. We can also supply janitorial equipment for your washroom areas including ladies sanitary disposal bins which would be serviced on a monthly basis. We can also provide all necessary washroom dispensers including automatic hand-dryers, air fresheners and vending machines. Water management and urinal dosing systems would be fully fitted by a qualified electral and plumbing specailist.
Graffiti & Chewing Gum Removal - We have specialised equipment, specifically to deal with any graffiti problems that you may have. We can remove graffiti on walls, pavements and all other surfaces and if you require, apply a protective coating to protect the surfaces from being re-vandalised. Equally, with chewing gum, this can be removed from carpets, floors and outside surfaces quickly and efficiently to give you a much cleaner environment.
We are also able to provide a rapid response to offensive grafitti within 24 hours
 Start Up Cleans - When M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services starts a new contract, this service can be provided to you if you have not previously had a cleaning contractor, of if the previous contractors's service was inadequate. This service provides the customer with a contract that can be started in pristine conditon.
Spring Cleans - Even with regular day to day cleaning, most commercial, industrial and residential premises need a yearly Spring Clean. M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services can do this by sending a team to clean in those hard to reach places where dirt and dust collect hidden and unseen.
Deep Kitchen Clean Service - Most food poisoning cases are preventable through good hygiene management. M.C. Property Cleaning & Support Services will identify areas where cleaning and hygiene levels are inadequate and recommend remedial action. Inaccessible and hard-to-reach places in a kitchen are often overlooked during daily cleaning and these areas, which are breeding grounds for bacteria, need to be periodically thoroughly cleaned. This difficult work needs to be carried out by skilled people with the right equipment, preparations and training to ensure that the job is carried out effectively.
